Ingredients
Netholi/Anchovies - 1/2 kg
Chili powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
Method
Combine the above ingredients with water to make a thick paste. Marinate the fish pieces using this paste. Keep this for 1/2 to 1 hour. Fry them in oil.

ReplyDeleteThis is the only fish which s luvd by my dotter... bt i fry it simple nd never thot of adding fennel or gg paste to it.. ll try ur version next tym.. Insha Allah
