Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie



Ingredients
Blueberries - 100 g
Almond milk - 3/4 cup
Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
Ripe banana - 1/2 of one banana
Milled flax seeds - 1 tsp

Method
Blend and drink.
